At Personal Touch Skincare, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we take great care to pack and ship your order. However, we understand that due to reasons beyond our control, a package sometimes may not reach you in the desired state.
We are pleased to offer a refund for any product that is unused, undamaged, unopened, and retaining the original label/receipt, within 3 days from the date of delivery. Any discounted, used, or promotional product(s) does not qualify for a return or exchange.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in a good condition, damaged or tampered with, or if the product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may request for a return. For the process of return, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as delivered with its original packaging & the receipt/invoice.
Please note that unboxing video will be mandatory in case of wrong or missing order.
Our team would be happy to assist you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. To initiate a return request, all you need is to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call/WhatsApp at +91 9034000021 and our team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours to assist you in the process of initiating the return request.
We do not accept any damage complaints post 3 days of delivery. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest, once we accept the return request. Once the return is accepted the product needs to be shipped by the customer at the below-mentioned address:

PLEASE NOTE: We keep the safety and well-being of our customers as a top priority and to ensure the same we do not accept, exchange or return any opened or used products for hygenic purposes.
Personal Touch Skincare is not liable for any damages caused to the product post-delivery.
EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT:
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed and saleable condition with the original receipt/invoice intact and subject to the following terms-
Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Personal Touch Skincare.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy. Please note: some ingredients are not meant for all skin types and may react on some skin types, we recommend doing a patch test before using any product as refund requests due to skin sensitivity is not applicable. Please read the ingredients and the skin type recommendation before buying the products. All claims for missing, incomplete or damaged product(s) must be reported to customer service within 24- 72 hours of delivery.
The replacement will be shipped post validation of the reason for return by the Personal Touch Skincare team. Only if the product is in saleable condition, we shall issue a replacement. Personal Touch Skincare has the right to refuse any exchange or return if any of the above-mentioned criteria(s) are not met. The criteria(s) to assess salability lies at the sole discretion of Personal Touch Skincare.
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as they were at the time of delivery; with the original packaging and receipts/invoices attached.
We will refund the value of the returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 15 business days once the return is received at our warehouse at the address mentioned above. The return is subject to the mode of payment. Refund methods for different payment modes are mentioned as follows.
Card: In case the payment was made via Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card, the amount would be refunded to the source card within the above-mentioned timeline.
Cash on delivery: In case the payment was made at the time of delivery, the customer is required to share the bank account details via email along with the return request and the refund shall be processed in the provided account. In case of any incorrect details provided via the customer Personal Touch Skincare team will not be held liable.
Please note, that even if the courier accepted a card or other non-cash payment on delivery, we will still refund the balance to the bank account provided by the customer.
Once the return shipment is received at our warehouse, the customer would be sent an email confirmation acknowledging the reciept of the return.
In case the customer wishes to cancel their order, they can do so without incurring any cancellation charges only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. In case the order is prepaid, a credit note/refund would be issued within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. But in case the order has been shipped, the cancellation request would not accepted. The order is usually dispacthed within 24-48 working hours.
